Chef Johnny began his career with Maggiano’s Little Italy in 1998 where he was instrumental in opening three successful Maggiano’s restaurants in Texas and quickly became a Senior Manager of Culinary Research and Development. Now, College Station locals can taste Chef Johnny’s culinary creations at 1860 Italia.
